*tear* Happy 13 month Birthday sweet Logie bear! ♥

Seriously, me & father time need to have a little chit chat because these months just keep on flying by & before I know it my sweet little cuddle muffin is going to be grown & out of my house :( not cool father time, not cool at all.

Logan's current favorite snack is a peach.  He shovels it in his mouth as if he is starving when he eats one, loves those things!  I think my little booger is just as sweet as a peach in these pics :) (I'm allowed to throw in a corny pun from time to time since I'm the mama, give me a break!)

& THIS my friends is what life is all about.  Seeing the big love of my life cuddle, snuggle & fall asleep with the little love of my life ♥ ahhh, swooning isn't even the word for it!

August 4th

Well since I'm in my 'interior decorator Candace' mode I've been on the lookout for great things for great deals.  I need to do something on my dining room walls & I'm {this close} to having everything I need to finish it.  Today Logan & I went to Goodwill a usually overpriced thrift store that I know of & actually found some great stuff!  I found this yummy big chunky wood frame for....$4.00!!!!  This sucker is a huge 10 x 30 frame - whatta deal!

I also scored this sweet little candlestick that is desperately needing some love from a spray paint can.

 I'm thinking a mint blue or green color?  either way, either color, this little guy will be adorable if anything for its price - $1.00! I love it!!  Goodwill Overpriced thrift store did me good today.

Also, you remember those dollar store frames from yesterday? Lookie lookie who is looking a little better already :) Oh Valspar satin black how I love thee.

August 3rd

Look at that sweet sweet little face ♥ Is it just me or does this little boy get cuter and cuter by the picture?  I know he is mine, so obviously the mama is going to think he is plum perfect, but I hear other people talk about how *perfect* he is too.  That my friends validates him to be THE cutest little boy around our neck of the woods...he should get a medal, or scholarship, or something! ;)

& keep an eye out for these little dollar store beauties being revamped :) I'm quite excited about it!

It's unexplainable how much a parent loves their child, words can not even express it. If you try to explain it to someone who doesn't have children yet there will be nothing, nada, zilch that you can compare that love to.  However, almost everyone knows the love that a child has for their parent, we all have parents right?  I know Logan adores me, I know he adores Justin & I know these things because I know how I love my mom.  I love her a lot, for a lot of reasons!  I know how much I love Justin's parents & they aren't even blood...but it's that same love.

I am over the moon when Logan shows Justin & I just how much he loves us.  Those squeezie hugs & slobbery kisses have ever ounce of "I love you so much!" in them & it's awesome!  Logan was trying to love on J tonight while he was nixing our entertainment center.  He idolizes his daddy, want to be just like him already! Here he is 'helping' daddy by sitting on his foot? lol.
