We played in the snow today!!  It's Logie's 2nd snow of his life but first time going out in it & to be honest he wasn't that impressed.  He did like watching our dog run around like a chicken with her head cut off though :) lol.  Oreo is always excited about snow, it's hilarious to watch!  Even though our little snow bunny wasn't excited about it we did get some cute pictures I guess that is all I can ask for, haha.

Jan 30th

It snowed a ton today but we didn't go play in it like we planned to :( Tomorrow you are promised snow pictures!!  Lucky us, Justin's work CLOSED today!!  So he was able to stay home and hangout with us!  I made some yummy hot taco soup for dinner & we all 3 cuddled all day long in our PJ's, a perfect day in my opinion!  Here's little mans sweet self today :)

We got our pictures back today and they turned out amazing!! We ended up getting only 6 of the maybe 30 shots but we are still really happy with them, I have to admit that Studio one to one is a HUUUGGGEE rip off though! They raised their prices yet again since we have been going there. We paid $150 for the 6 sheets of pictures that we ended up getting and the CD with *only* those 6 pictures on them, not the whole shoot. The $150 was AFTER a $50 credit and a $20 deposit.  So now you are looking at $220 for the pictures we got- craziness!!!  The site that all of our photoshoots from Studio one to One are on this site: http://www.holdmymemories.com/cwinters.  Teething seems to be back in action because Logan has been loving cold stuff!  I broke out one of the icies from the freezer for him to chew on today and he LOVED it!! :)

Jan 27th

Happy Birthday to baby Savannah!! Our friend Deanna had her sweet little girl this morning around 1am :)  I am so excited for her to start her journey of being the most awesome thing ever- A MOMMY! Today we had Logan's pictures made again which as always was fun and tiring, lol.  Logan did great until the wardrobe change then he was just not having it.  The pictures did turn out very cute though, even with a little fussiness :)  After getting our pictures made we had to run my Babies R Us then went to ate dinner at Kristen & Dylan's house.  Here are the pic's from today, they are off of my cell so don't mind the craptastic quality, lol.  Logan loving on Jadyn & showing off his little Gators outfit.

Jan 26th

Today we had another busy day!  We all slept in late which was nice.  I had an appointment at 3pm to get my hair cut, which I was THRILLED about!  Then we went to the mall, scheduled his appointment to get his pictures made tomorrow & ate dinner with our good friends Caleb & Sara.  Daddy had Logan while I was getting my hair cut and said that he did wonderful, which is really exciting for me now knowing that I can start doing mommy things and allowing daddy to watch him :) woohoo!! It's a win-win situation!!  I'm making a guest appearance on the picture for today to show off my new VERY short haircut :)

We had another on of our famous lazy days today.  Logan has been SUPER mommy-clingy recently and fussed the second I put him down.  Luckily I got some cute shots of him being all sweet and flirty this morning when we first woke up & some cute ones of him and daddy when he got home for work.

Showing off his 9 month pants that he fits wonderfully in :( oye..this little boy is getting TOO big!  The pants are too cute though, they have a little bear on the butt!  Logan has been saying that "dada" word a lot recently making Justin super duper happy, lol.  He can say "mama" but only seems to do in mid cry so it is more of a "mmaaaaaaaammaaaaaa" combined with other whines and waahh's, lol. (perfect time to say mama, huh?)  We cooked dinner at the house and our bff's the Davis' came to hangout, so Logan got to hangout with his 'girlfrans' which is always fun :)

Jan 22nd

I'm a day late on this one, we went over to mimi's house last night and stayed long enough to watch the *last* Tonight Show with Conan :( I'm pretty sad about that!  But anyways, by the time we got home we were ALL ready to go to bed!!  Here was Logan yesterday eating a banana out of his mesh feeder, except he is chewing on the wrong part in the picture, haha...silly goose!  We really think he is about to cut another tooth, all the signs are there, drooly, cranky, chewing on everything, runny nose, pulling at ears....I just hope this new tooth isn't used to cause more biting!! Eeekk!

Jan 18th

Testing out his crawling skills with Auntie Sarah at Mimi's tonight :)  He is starting to get up on his hands and knees more & is really starting to seem interested in the whole crawling thing.  I am proud AND scared, ha ha.  Also in exciting news today we picked out a new couch for the living room & we are ordering it tomorrow.  This is huge relief because our current couch is extremely UNcomfortable and not big enough.  We are always fighting over the recliner, I always win ;) 

Jan 17th - busy bees today!

Logan and mommy went all around town today!  We woke up, ate breakfast, mommy showered, logie bathed, got ready, left the house headed to Winston, Logan napped on the way, met daddy for lunch at buffalo wild wings, mommy & daddy ate spicy ranch wraps, Logan ate breast milk :),  went with daddy to Wal-Mart because he popped his zipper on his work pants and needed new ones to wear back to work :) bahaha, went to target shopped for mommy, but bought Logan stuff (as usual, lol), left Target, Logan napped once in the car, mommy went the WRONG direction on the WRONG highway to head home (talk about a blonde moment!), went to Mimi's house to hangout, had fun playing with her & the new blocks Logan got at target, left & met daddy at the house, got in the car & drove to IHOP for dinner, met Kristen, Dylan, Jadyn & 'girlfran' Raegan there for dinner, mommy & daddy ate pancakes, Logan ate breast milk :), left there & went to Ruby Tuesdays because there were firetrucks in the parking lot, but no fire at plain sight, went to Kristen & Dylan's house and played, came home and *crashed*. fffeeewww, I am now tired just from reading it! :)  We were busy bees, but it was fun!

Jan 16th

:) our sweet little munchkin man passed out in his swing today!  He loves to hang off of the side of his swing and try and reach the bar and I guess he finds that position quite comfy.  He is seriously so adorable in everything that he does!!

Jan 15th

Mimi came over this evening to hangout with us for a little while :)  It was very appropriate because after his bath we put on his "my grandma loves me" onsie on.  They had fun playing, singing & goofing off.  We got some great pictures of them making the *exact* same expression, so cute!

Jan 14th

We had Logan's 6 month well visit today.  Our big boy weighs 17lbs 5oz and is 27.75 inches long!  He is doing wonderfully all around & growing up a storm!  I had to deal with him getting his first vaccination today, talk about traumatic!  Logan did better with the shot then I did, he whimpered whenever it happened but a little cuddling made it all better! :)  Logan will only be getting the few vaccinations that I find necessary & they will be spaced out in hopes that there will be no reaction to them.  Today he received the dtap combo vaccine, only because I find whooping cough a concern & know that it can be fatal in infant. This momma isn't taking *any* chances! Call me a mother hen if you want ;) lol.

Jan 13th

Whelp it is now time to retire the swing :) Logan has decided to make it a jungle gym play toy now more than a functional 'please will you maybe fall asleep in  this thing?' toy.  He is becoming such a BIG boy right in front of our eyes!  It's 2010 people!! By now shouldn't have someone invented something to make time go by slower for us parents?? That would be awesome right about now with my little one sprouting up like no body's business!
